Director
Nardene's background is in media publishing. She takes care of the office, marketing and customer relations.
She is an integral part of the company and works tirelessly alongside Ben to make sure everything runs smoothly and we are kept at the forefront of the industry.
Thomas Coleman
Foreman & Lead Climber
Known simply as 'Coleman', this veteran has nearly 20 years of industry experience and a meticulous eye for detail. His tree climbing, pruning, chainsaw proficiency and overall knowledge are second to none. He is also a qualified professional tree inspector.
Jon Harmer
Consultant/Climber
Jon is our longest standing member and now provides a consultant service. He also works for Wakehurst (affiliated with Kew Gardens) and is a professional tree inspector. We have seen him develop into an outstanding arborist and arboricultural expert.
lukas drienovsky
Climber & Stump Specialist
Another veteran and the only person you would want to remove an unwanted stump. Lukas is thorough and enterprising in his approach to work and will often find a solution to any challenge of the day. He is also a master at delicate pruning.
Richard Ellison
Lead Climber
Richard is already a fully trained climber with a number of years experience and he is developing into a very acomplished arborist. With a landscaping and gardening background he is also our mechanical expert having just rebuilt the engine of his own car.
Connor Emmott
Lead Climber
Connor has been with us for many years starting as a groundsman and has recently completed the full suite of chainsaw proficiency NPTC certificates. He is a valuable member of our team and studiously continues to develop his knowledge and skills.
Taylor Dingwall
Trainee Climber
Taylor is one of our newest recruits and has recently just finished studies at Capel Manor College, as well as some core NPTC chainsaw certificates. He is a diligent young man and has already proved to be an important member of the team.

Office Cat
Although he can't operate a chainsaw, he can climb trees! However, he's not as good getting down... In fact, Ben had to rescue him twice from neighbouring trees when he was small. Now he sleeps most of the day on the office sofa.
